Cancellation...

is unpleasant for the both of us and we try to be generous even if the cancellation is at short notice (less than 3 weeks before the beginning of the holidays). If it isn't possible, though, to sublet the room, we will have to charge a cancellation fee of 3 days. This also applies for early departure, late arrival or non-arrival.
