Important notes
- All rooms are provided with bathrobes, sauna- and bath-towels, hair dryer and beauty mirror.
- Only the room types “Tirol” and “Lanhäus’l” may be booked as single rooms. (Single room supplement: 30%)
- The prices apply per person and day with Seeleiten “Enjoyment” half-board (generous breakfast buffet + vitality lunch with hot and cold dishes + five-course dinner) and include all kinds of taxes and VAT.
- Reductions…if you prefer to book a room with breakfast only, ¤16 per day and person will be deducted from the Seeleiten “Enjoyment” half-broad price. If you miss a dinner we are only able to deduct it from the Seeleiten half-board price in exceptional cases or after previous cancellation until 2 p.m.
- Dogs…are, after previous agreement and announcement, very welcome in our hotel (however they are not allowed in the bio-rooms). Please bring along your own dog blanket or basket and consider that you are not permitted to take your four-legged friends into the dining rooms and wellness areas.
Dogs must be kept on a lead everywhere in the hotel area. The charge per dog and day is ¤15 (food not included). - Non-smoking rooms…all our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
- On the day of your arrival…the rooms will be available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we have to ask you to leave the rooms until 11.30 a.m.
- Room number…we hope you’ll understand that we are not able to confirm a particular room number or floor.
- Methods of payment… The account may be settled in any currency, by cheque or credit card (Master, Eurocard, Visa). 1% discount on cash.
- Cancellation… In case of cancellation at short notice, i.e. less than 7 days before the beginning of the holidays, we will charge a cancellation fee of 200.00¤ per room. This also applies for early departure,late arrival or non-arrival. In case of a new reservation within one year, this cancellation fee will be recredited.

Tariffs for children include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner (Kid’s Meal), adventure pool, kid’s pool (indoor and outdoor), a new world for children, amusement arcade (pinball machine and billiards against charge, table football for free), playground, bicycles for children, baby phone, children’s highchair, children’s bathrobe, petting zoo, professional childcare.
There is a surcharge of 5% on the prices mentioned above if you book for less than 7 days and a surcharge of 10% if you book for less than 4 days.- Adults...
if 3 adults lodge in one room, the third person gets a discount of 30%.
