News 2011

As every winter, we were also this year very busy in doing a lot of new stuff. We have installed a total new UV-Ozone water purification technology for our natural outdoor pool. Therefore it is now totally algae-free, chlorine-free and its quality is of drinking water. We can also guarantee an all year water temperature of 24-25 ° Celsius.

This year’s highlight is definitely our new medically tested brine sauna. Enjoy the 99% sterile, ionized oxygen with a 4 times higher salinity than at the seaside and an oxygen concentration of 35% (normal ambient air contains 27%). This treatment is ideal against allergies, skin disease, bronchitis, asthma and other respiratory disease. This is our first step on the area of Medical Wellness.

Alteration work 2010

The best cure for economic crisis is investment. Already Keynes said that. We put this thesis into action and worked a lot during this winter. This year's highlights are certainly the brandnew and luxurious ART-Suites with approximately 50m2 living area and private open-air whirlpool.
All our rooms will be equiped with health mattresses, so good night! :) And all our Bio-rooms are newly furnished with beautiful wooden floors.
Furthermore, Hotel Seeleiten is proud member of the South-Tyrolean Mountain Bike Hotels from this season on. For this reason, we increased our biking equipement.
Be in for some surprises...!

German Football Association training camp 2010 at Weinstrassenhotels
Now it's official! The national football team of Germany will make its preparation training for the World Cup 2010 in South-Tyrol. They have been in our Hotel Seeleiten at lake Caldaro already in 1990 for two weeks - and later won the Championsship!
This year again, Hotel Seeleiten was one of the team's favourites for accomodation and training camp. But this time, due to better training facilities, the association decided to stay in our neighbouring village Eppan. This means, that the national football team will stay in our brother-hotel Weinegg in Eppan for 10 days - congratulations Bruno! :)
And maybe the team will even stop by in our "Seehaus" at lake Caldaro for a swim... ;)

Seeleiten-Staff Skiing Day 2010
This year again, we organised our traditional Seeleiten-Skiing-Day. This time, we rocked the ski runs all around the beautiful skiing area of Obereggen. Be it by sledge, snowboard or ski, we all had lots of fun!
