Some of the top wine locations in South Tyrol’s sweet south have belonged to our family for decades. They are only worked and harvested by hand. In the modern cellar of Moser winery, the grapes are transformed into elegant wines under the watchful eye of renowned cellar master Gerhard Sanin. Quality over quantity is our philosophy. The bottles are shared out fairly amongst the Moser family. That makes us possibly the most exclusive wine hotel in South Tyrol.

Once a week, head host and sommelier Franz Moser introduces you to our old stone cellar containing rare wines from South Tyrol and the rest of Italy. You can discover the indulgent world of renowned South Tyrolean wineries and vineyards sip by sip. An absolute highlight for wine connoisseurs – and anyone who’d like to become one.
