Arriving by car
- Take the A22 Brenner motorway and exit at Bolzano Sud. Follow the signs to Eppan-Kaltern and continue through Kaltern village centre towards Neumarkt. Hotel SEELEITEN is located on the right-hand side just after the left turn to Lake Caldaro/Kalterer See.
Alternatively, you can take the Neumarkt/Auer exit, then continue along the wine road towards Kaltern. When you see Lake Caldaro/Kalterer See, you’ll find our hotel on the left-hand side, just before the road that leads to the lake.
- If you’re arriving from Passo Resia/Reschenpass, take the Meran-Bolzano express road and exit at Eppan. Continue towards Kaltern – Lago di Caldaro/Kalterer See. You’ll find us on the right-hand side just after the left turn towards Lake Caldaro/Kalterer See.

Arriving by bus or train

From the train station to SEELEITEN by bus
You’ll find the timetable here.
Starting point: Bolzano train station
Destination: St. Josef am See (Kaltern), SEELEITEN. The bus stop is located right outside the hotel.
Duration: approx. 35-45 minutes
