Wherever you’re coming from: You’ll see the landscape change as soon as you turn from Bolzano towards Eppan and Kaltern. The air is filled with the scent of jasmine and oleander. Arriving by car

For a smooth and stress-free arrival.

Using a navigation system:
Depending on your GPS, please enter the following details:

Town: Caldaro (also known as Kaltern)
Street: Strada del Vino or San Giuseppe al Lago
Number: 30

Even easier:
Just search for “Lake Spa Hotel SEELEITEN” on Google Maps or Apple Maps – and follow the directions straight to us.

Without GPS:
Via the A22 Brenner highway:
Take the Bolzano South exit. Follow the MeBo express road towards Merano and exit at Eppan. From there, continue towards Eppan/Kaltern. Drive through the centre of Kaltern and just after the left turn to Lake Caldaro, you'll find our hotel on the right-hand side, directly on the Wine Road.

Alternative route: Exit at Neumarkt/Auer and follow the Wine Road to Kaltern. You’ll find SEELEITEN on the left-hand side, just before the road to the lake.

From the Passo Resia/Reschen Pass:
Take the MeBo expressway to the Eppan exit. Turn left towards Eppan/Kaltern, pass through both towns and head towards Lake Caldaro.
After the lake turnoff, our hotel is on the right-hand side.

Taxi transfer from Bolzano station

Our trusted partner Sausewind will be happy to pick you up directly from Bolzano train station. We’ll arrange the transfer for you – just let us know in advance.

Duration: approx. 20–25 minutes
Cost: approx. €60 (payable directly to the driver)

Bus transfer

Convenient and direct – by bus from Bolzano train station to SEELEITEN:

Starting point: Bolzano train station
Destination: St. Josef am See (Kaltern) – the bus stop is right in front of the hotel
Duration: approx. 35–45 minutes
Cost: Free of charge with the Südtirol Guest Pass, which you’ll receive from us by e-mail on the morning of your arrival.

To receive your pass in time, please complete the online pre-check-in in advance.
