The weekly wine tasting with head host and sommelier Franz Moser is an absolute highlight. With plenty of expertise and humour, Mr Moser will introduce you to the treasures of our well-stocked stone cellar, where you’ll discover the indulgent world of renowned South Tyrolean wineries and vineyards sip by sip.
In the vineyard
Our culinary hikes in spring and autumn are a particularly enjoyable experience. Together with our hiking guide Franz, guests set off from the lakeshore and make their way through vineyards and woodland to Mr Moser’s family home. A traditional South Tyrolean Marende awaits, naturally paired with wines from the family-owned Moser Winery.
Surrounded by vines and vintage farming tools, there is plenty of tasting, storytelling and, inevitably, a little wine talk. Relaxed, informal and full of flavour.

We love it! That’s why we not only cultivate top wines at Moser winery, but also brew our very own Mendel beer. A unique combination for everyone who appreciates home-brewed craft beer and authentic South Tyrolean indulgence.
