At the end of October, the vines around Lake Caldaro take on their autumn colours, and at SEELEITEN it’s time for Törggelen, the autumn feast of new wine and chestnuts. By day, a guide leads you to an old farmhouse or up into the mountains; in the evening, it’s down to the stone cellar, where sommelier Florian opens his rarities. And if you still feel like it afterwards, the spa has just the right warmth waiting.
