With our family-owned winery, SEELEITEN is one of the few hotels in South Tyrol where guests can experience the full winemaking journey – from vineyard to glass. Weekly cellar tours and guided hikes to the historic farmstead trace the grape’s path to excellence. This taste experience is completed by our very own Mendelbier craft brewery – the only brewery in a winery for miles around.
